ADD Foam Balls in your Balloon

Please not this does not come with the Balloon.

This is an ADD ON to a Balloon you already have in your cart.

This is only if you have added a CLEAR balloon in your cart.

Please note that every balloon comes with HI FLOAT, a corn syrup like substance that goes into the balloons to allow them to float for longer time periods.

So if you look very close you'll see it in the transparent balloon. But this doesn't effect the aesthetic. Balloons still look gorgeous. Just something to note.
